Meet Allison, Sam, & Buda!  Like many others, we always wanted a dog but never seemed to have the time to fit this responsibility into our schedules.  That all changed in 2020 after our calendars suddenly cleared at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.  We instantly fell in love when we met Buda and our social life quickly shifted to revolve around him. 

Living in the Olde Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, we quickly came to realize that there were very few areas in the city where we could take Buda to get him exercise and socialize with other dogs in a safe and clean environment. As the pandemic waned and a semblance of normalcy resumed, we were excited to once again enjoy all that the city had to offer but we could never shake that feeling of guilt while leaving Buda home alone.  We needed something fun to do with him and our friends!

We’ve always had an entrepreneurial itch and felt this was the moment to scratch it!  We set out to find a way for the dogs in Philadelphia to have a safe and clean space to play while also giving dog owners and dog lovers a community to love!  And with that, The Boozy Mutt was born!  We can’t wait to serve the Fairmount and Brewerytown neighborhoods and for you to be a part of our dream come true!
